On Saturday, December 14, the Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Turkmenistan held a reception dedicated to the National Day of Qatar. nCa reports this.
In his speech, Ambassador Hamad bin Rashid Al Azba noted that Qatar has hosted many important events this year, including:
- XXII Doha Forum under the slogan: “Diplomacy, dialogue, diversity”.
- Web Summit Qatar, which was attended by representatives of 118 countries, about 200 companies, 400 investors and a number of the largest investment funds in the world.
- Summit of the Asian Cooperation Dialogue under the slogan: “Sports Diplomacy”.
- Asian Football Championship. World Aquatics Championships.
- FIFA Confederations Cup 2024.
- World Padel Championships 2024 for men and women and others.
Bilateral cooperation between the State of Qatar and Turkmenistan has undergone rapid development thanks to the special fraternal relations linking the leaders of the two friendly countries, Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and President Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
“We hope for further successful cooperation between our countries and raising our fraternal relations to the level of strategic cooperation,” the ambassador noted.
Taking this opportunity, the diplomat congratulated President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, and all the friendly Turkmen people on the successful holding of events dedicated to the International Day of Neutrality and the 29th anniversary of the neutrality of Turkmenistan, wishing everyone good health, great happiness and further prosperity.
