Al-Nasr lost to Al-Ittihad away in the match of the 13th round of the Saudi Arabian Football Championship.
The match took place in Jeddah and ended with a score of 2:1. Al-Ittihad was ahead thanks to Karim Benzema (55th minute). Al-Nasr came back thanks to a goal by Cristiano Ronaldo (57). The hosts won thanks to a precise strike by Steven Bergwijn (90+1).
Ronaldo and Benzema scored their tenth goals in the current season of the Saudi Arabian Championship. In the scorers’ table, only Al-Hilal’s Aleksandar Mitrovic (12 goals) is ahead of them.
Al-Ittihad leads the Saudi Arabian Championship standings with 36 points. Al-Nasr is fourth with 25 points.
In the next round, Al-Nasr will host Al-Ahdud on December 9, and on December 11, Al-Ittihad will play away against Al-Faiha.
