The Moscow Civil Registry Office has revealed the most popular date for wedding ceremonies in 2025. According to the department, the absolute favorite among future newlyweds is May 25 – about 500 couples have already applied for this day, RIA Novosti reports.
As reported by the head of the capital's Civil Registry Office Svetlana Ukhaneva, due to unprecedented demand, a decision was made to open additional wedding palaces on this Sunday. In total, about 10 thousand couples have already planned weddings for 2025.
The top five most popular dates also included January 25 (393 couples), July 25 (384 couples), April 25 (224 couples) and May 15 (197 couples). The list of popular dates is closed by May 5, when about 180 couples plan to tie the knot.
The trend of choosing beautiful dates for wedding ceremonies continues to gain popularity among future newlyweds.
