On November 6, the 11th meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) was held in Bishkek. The event was attended by the heads of participating states and observer countries of the OTS, as well as the head of this international organization. Turkmenistan was represented at the meeting by the Ambassador to the Kyrgyz Republic Nury Golliyev.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, during the meeting topical issues of cooperation in such areas as economics, transport, energy and culture were discussed. Particular attention was paid to the development of the digital economy, logistics and strengthening the infrastructure of transport corridors. The participants also exchanged views on issues of international and regional security.
As a result of the meeting, a number of documents were adopted, and the chairmanship of the UTG passed to the Kyrgyz Republic. For his contribution to strengthening the unity of the Turkic world, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor
