On October 29, the closing ceremony of the Days of Culture of the Republic of Armenia in Turkmenistan was held at the Palace of Mukams of the State Cultural Center of Turkmenistan.
As reported by TDH, the speakers who spoke at the ceremony emphasized that such creative events contribute to strengthening the traditional bonds of friendship and brotherhood between the two peoples.
The participants of the event expressed their sincere gratitude to the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov for the hospitality shown on Turkmen soil and assistance in successfully holding the cultural event.
Then a concert of friendship took place, the program of which included ancient and modern melodies and songs, choreographic and folklore compositions reflecting the original customs and traditions of the two peoples that have been carried through the centuries and carefully preserved.
Let us remind that the events within the framework of the Days of Culture acquainted Ashgabat residents with the original creativity of the Armenian people, their traditions, and modern art.
Film lovers were shown the best feature and animated films shot by Armenian filmmakers.
As part of the cultural program prepared by the Turkmen side, the guests from Armenia took a tour of historical sites, visited museums, and got acquainted with the sights of Ashgabat.
