President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov has appointed new hyakims to the city of Balkanabat and the Gyzylarbat etrap of the Balkan velayat, TDH reports.
According to the Decree of the head of state, Shokhrat Annamyradov was dismissed from the post of hyakim of the Gyzylarbat etrap of the Balkan velayat as «failing to fulfill the duties assigned to him.»
Emin Ashyrov, who previously held the post of hyakim of the city of Balkanabat, was appointed in his place. Ovezgeldi Goshjanov became the new hyakim of Balkanabat.
