This October, Turkmenistan will host the International Forum dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the great poet and thinker Magtymguly Fragi. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov invited the heads of state of Central Asia to take part in this significant event, emphasizing its importance for international dialogue, reports the State News Agency of Turkmenistan.
Speaking at the Sixth Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia in Astana, Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that the forum entitled “The relationship of times and civilizations - the basis of the modern world and development” will become a platform for discussing global political, sociocultural and geo-economic issues. According to the President of Turkmenistan, this event is not only a tribute to Magtymguly, but also an opportunity for constructive dialogue about the future of the world.
Serdar Berdimuhamedov paid special attention to the importance of the participation of Central Asian states in the forum, emphasizing the importance of their positions being heard and understood by the international community.
