Warner Bros. Studios and New Line Cinema have officially confirmed work on the fourth part of the spy comedy Austin Powers. This is reported by daily.afisha.ru with reference to World of Reel.
The director's chair will again be taken by Jay Roach, director of the previous films in the series, as well as such films as "Meet the Parents", "Dinner with Morons" and "Trumbo".
Let us remember that the first film of the franchise, “Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery,” was released in 1997 and instantly won the love of the audience. It was followed by two sequels: Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me (1999) and Austin Powers: Goldmember (2002).
