President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent a congratulatory telegram to Emperor Naruhito of Japan on the occasion of Japan's national holiday and His Majesty's birthday, reports the online publication Vestiabad.ru.
In his message, the head of Turkmenistan noted the personal contribution of the Emperor to strengthening friendly ties between the two countries and expressed confidence in the further development of Turkmen-Japanese relations.
The President also wished the Emperor good health, happiness and prosperity. He wished peace, prosperity and progress to the people of Japan.
Emperor Naruhito of Japan turned 64 years old.
