Turkmen company Täç hil, the country's leading manufacturer of personal care and cleaning products, is investing in installing solar panels on the roof of its plant, reports “Turkmenistan: The Golden Age”.

The company plans to purchase a 12 kWh system and a 5 kWh battery. This will enable the use of renewable energy in production and demonstrate Täç hil's commitment to protecting the environment.

Experts from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) call Täç hil a successful example of the desire of Central Asian entrepreneurship for sustainable development.

Advanced technologies and high-quality raw materials are used in the production of Täç hil. The EBRD's ESG consultants help the company implement a quality management system and achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

According to the head of Täç hil, Tachmyrat Gurdov, the company plans to become a leading manufacturer of household and laundry products in Turkmenistan, and with the support of the EBRD, expand export markets for competitive products. Investments in renewable energy are part of these ambitious plans.
