President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Decree conferring the qualification class of State Counselor of Justice of the 3rd class on the Minister of Adalat of Turkmenistan Taganov Merettagan Gurbandurdyevich, writes TDH.
The corresponding Decree, in accordance with paragraph 15 of Article 71 of the Constitution of Turkmenistan, was signed by the head of state during an extended on-site meeting of the State Security Council following the results of 2023.
“To assign the Minister of Adalat of Turkmenistan, senior adviser of justice Taganov Merettagan Gurbandurdyevich, the qualification class of state adviser of justice of the 3rd class,” the text of the document says.
