The first of two Boeing 777-300ER passenger aircraft, which were purchased within the framework of the National Civil Aviation Development Program of Turkmenistan until 2030, was delivered to Turkmenistan in accordance with the Decree of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
The vessel with tail number EZ-A781 is designed for 368 seats, of which 40 are business class, 32 are premium economy, and 296 are economy class. Passengers of the new aircraft will be able to enjoy spacious cabins, comfortable seats, individual entertainment systems and an improved pressure system.
“The aircraft is equipped with two GE90-115BL2 engines, has a flight range of 11 390 km and can uninterruptedly perform long-distance international flights with a commercial load of up to 40 000 kg”, - the “Turkmenhowayollary” Agency said in a press release.
New aircraft from the world-famous Boeing company will help meet the needs of the population of Turkmenistan for passenger transportation, as well as expand the geography of air transportation, the agency comments.
