The Turkmen National Conservatory named after Maya Kuliyeva invites Ashgabat residents and guests of the capital to a concert dedicated to the 210th anniversary of the Italian composer Giuseppe Verdi.
The concert will take place on November 25 in the Great Hall of the Conservatory. Starts at 18:00, admission is free.
The work of Giuseppe Verdi is one of the greatest phenomena in the musical world, a huge achievement of world opera art. The composer created 26 operas, the most famous of which are Un ballo in maschera, Rigoletto, Trovatore, La Traviata, Aida, Othello, and Falstaff.
Giuseppe Verdi sought to convey realism as accurately as possible in opera productions. The composer saw life in all its diversity and tried to transfer it to the stage as accurately as possible.
“A real musician must have great talent, soul and stage flair,” the composer believed.
