The State Migration Service of Turkmenistan held a meeting with the Ambassador of Türkiye to Turkmenistan Togan Oral, reports the press service of the department.
The parties exchanged views on the potential and prospects of the Turkmen-Turkish partnership in the field of migration, discussing priority areas in this area.
At the meeting, confidence was expressed that Turkmenistan and Türkiye will continue to intensify cooperation in the migration field in the interests of the peoples of the two friendly countries.
During the negotiations, the parties also noted the traditionally high level of interstate relations, which are successfully developing thanks to the efforts of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and the heads of state of the two countries.
It was emphasized that the official visit of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov to the Republic of Türkiye last week gave a powerful impetus to bringing multilateral strategic cooperation between the two friendly countries to a qualitatively new level.
