The next meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the CIS member countries will be held in May 2024 in Ashgabat. This was stated during a meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth in Bishkek by the head of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Akylbek Zhaparov, reports TASS.
“It has been decided to hold a meeting of our council in Ashgabat in May 2024”, - he said, noting that a meeting of the prime ministers will be beforehand.
Let us note that the meeting in Bishkek is attended by the heads of government of Russia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, deputy prime ministers of Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan and Armenia, as well as representatives of the structures of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Commonwealth Executive Committee.
