Saraý allows residents of small towns and even remote settlements of Turkmenistan to quickly purchase train or plane tickets online without having to travel to the nearest train station or Turkmen Airlines ticket office.

In order to provide users with online services, Saraý fruitfully cooperates with the Türkmendemirýollary and Türkmenhowaýollary Agencies, as well as the Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Türkmenaragatnaşyk.

The Saraý app is available for download on Google Play and the App Store. It also has its own web version, but without the ability to pay for services and purchase tickets.
