President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin sent heartfelt congratulations to the head of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov on the occasion of the national holiday - Independence Day of Turkmenistan.
“The successes achieved by your country in the economic and social spheres are well known. Ashgabat’s policy of positive neutrality is an important factor in strengthening security and stability in Central Asia and the Caspian region,” Putin notes in his congratulatory message.
The head of the Russian Federation also emphasized that Russia attaches great importance to relations of in-depth strategic partnership with Turkmenistan.
“I am convinced that together we can ensure the further development of fruitful bilateral cooperation in all directions, constructive interaction in international affairs for the benefit of our friendly peoples,” concluded the President of the Russian Federation, wishing Serdar Berdimuhamedov good health and success, and all citizens of Turkmenistan happiness and prosperity, TDH reports.
