Turkmenistan will take part in the first Toji Somon International Film Festival, which will be held in Dushanbe from 15 to 19 October. The creative team of the association "Turmenfilm" named after Oguz Han informed local media sources.
The festival will feature feature and short film competitions. At the moment, more than 25 films from different countries, including from Turkmenistan, have already been reviewed and watched.
In addition to competitions, various events are planned within the framework of the festival, such as a meeting of the Board of Directors of film studios, a meeting with famous representatives of cinema, press conferences, Film Days of foreign countries, photo screenings and a “master and student” lesson.
