In Bavaria, there was a heavy downpour with hail the size of a tennis ball, reported “Rossiyskaya Gazeta” with reference to the Bild publication.
A hail of this size resulted in the death of domestic and wild animals. After the downpour, rescue efforts found dead storks, roe deer, deer, chickens, ducks and cats.
In addition, because of the hail, windows were broken in many houses and roofs were broken, many cars were damaged.
