Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Alexei Overchuk and Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov held a telephone conversation on the development of bilateral cooperation in the field of education and culture, reports the official website of the Government of the Russian Federation.
