President Serdar Berdimuhamedov appointed Meredov Shadurdy Oveznepesovich Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Uzbekistan (Tashkent city), releasing him from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Kyrgyz Republic (Bishkek city) in connection with the transfer to another job, the Watan news program reported Turkmen television.
In this post, Shadurdy Meredov replaced Yazguly Mammedov, who earlier this month was dismissed by a presidential decree from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Uzbekistan (Tashkent city) "in connection with the transfer to another job."
