1. Ashgabat will host summit of presidents of Turkmenistan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan in early August. The preparation and holding of the summit were discussed on Wednesday by the foreign ministers of the participating countries: Rashid Meredov, Sirojiddin Muhriddin and Bakhtiyor Saidov. The meeting was held in the format of a videoconference. The ministers discussed the draft program, the agenda of the upcoming meeting, as well as the draft final document of the summit.
2. Charitable Foundation named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov will allocate funds for the rehabilitation of young patients who have undergone complex operations. They will rest in the “Dayanch” children's health center, which is located in the “Avaza” national tourist zone. Let us remind that the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship was established in March 2021. During its operation, the organization has paid complex operations on 140 children with congenital diseases.
3. In autumn 2023, Turkmenistan will host a tour of two prestigious Russian theaters - the State Academic Maly Theater of Russia named after Evgeny Vakhtangov and the Russian Academic Youth Theater named after Alexander Goncharov. This was announced by Yulia Zaitseva, head of the Russian House in Ashgabat, in an interview with the official channel of the Federal Agency for CIS Affairs. According to Zaitseva, the theater tour will become a bright event in the cultural life of Turkmenistan and will confirm friendly and partnership relations between the two countries.
4. Since August, in the secondary schools of Turkmenistan, the acceptance of documents for admission of children to the first grade has started. To do this, you need to provide the following documents: a copy of the birth certificate, a medical card from the health center, a reference from the kindergarten. You must also fill out an application for admission to the school, and at the time of submission of documents, have with you the original parents' passports. Admission to schools is carried out for children born in 2017.

7. Famous Singaporean MMA promotion ONE Championshiph plans to hold a qualifying tournament in Central Asia, in which fighters from Turkmenistan can take part. The project is called Road to ONE. Within the framework of the project, the selection of the best fighters from Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Turkmenistan, who will compete for the right to compete in the ONE Championship.
8. At the headquarters of the organizing committee of the 2024 Olympics in Saint-Denis showed how the Olympic and Paralympic torches will look like. The torch relay will begin in Marseille on May 8 next year. The design of the torches reflects three ideas: equality, Paris and appeasement. They are made from recycled steel and weigh 1,5 kg. The Summer Olympics will be held in Paris from July 26 to August 11, 2024. The Paralympics will be from August 28 to September 8 of the same year. The slogan of the Games was “Let's Open the Games Wide”.
