The UNESCO Schools Association has expanded its network in Turkmenistan to include six secondary schools. One of them is the 30th secondary school in Turkmenabat, according to the newspaper "Turkmenistan".
This cooperation is implemented with the support of the United Nations Children's Fund and the Organization for Education, Science and Culture.
It is also worth noting that in 2023, the UNESCO Chair on Environmental Education for Sustainable Development was opened at the Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute named after Seyitnazar Seydi.
