The development of cultural and humanitarian relations, holding an exhibition of unique artifacts of the two countries and the presentation of a collection of poems by the Turkmen poet Magtymguly Fragi in Italian were discussed by the Deputy Prime Minister of Turkmenistan Mahrijemal Mammedova and the Minister of Culture of Italy Gennaro Sangiuliano.
According to the press service of the Turkmen diplomatic mission, the meeting was held on Monday, within the framework of the working visit of the delegation of Turkmenistan to RIM.
“The purpose of the visit of the Turkmen delegation is to promote the values of Turkmen culture in the international community, to organize exhibitions of unique historical, archaeological and ethnographic exhibits”, - the message says.
It should be noted that the visit of the Turkmen delegation to the capital of Italy will end on June 7.
