The International University for the Humanities and Development has moved closer to the cohort of the best higher education institutions in the world in 2023 according to the British publication Times Higher Education (THE).

MUGNIR was included in The Times Higher Education Impact Rankings, which evaluates universities in the world in terms of their impact on sustainable social and economic development. The rating indicators are based on the 17 sustainable development goals formulated by the UN.

The International University for the Humanities and Development took part in the implementation of such goals as: "Quality Education", "Gender Equality", "Preservation of Terrestrial Ecosystems" and "Partnership to Achieve the Goals".

Times Higher Education first released its Influence Rankings in 2019. To date, this is the only ranked list of global activities of universities around the world to achieve sustainable development goals.

In 2015, heads of state and public figures at the 70th session of the UN General Assembly approved new sustainable development goals aimed at protecting and increasing the well-being of the planet. Responding to global challenges, UNESCO calls to follow common rules that improve human life.

The International University for the Humanities and Development supports these ideas and builds its scientific, educational and economic activities in accordance with the principles outlined in the 17 sustainable development goals.
