In the Bulgarian city of Kazanlak, a museum of one painting by the artist Ivan Milev has opened, writes “Europulse”.
The painting is called “Achinora” and depicts a woman with her face half hidden by a veil. The identity of the woman in the painting is still controversial, some researchers are sure that this is Anna Orozova, the wife of a rose oil merchant from Kazanlak.
“Achinora” was painted in 1925. The painting was transferred to the Kazanlak Museum shortly before the death of the artist.
There is also a similar museum of one painting in Penza, but in it, unlike the museum in Kazanlak, a new painting is exhibited every time.
