Overweight people get exactly the same benefits in employment, housing and access to public facilities as people with normal weight. In case of infringement of his rights, the owner of excess weight will be able to file a corresponding complaint with the City Council.
At the same time, the authors of the law admit that in a number of professions, when choosing candidates, they are still guided by weight, for example, when applying for a job in the police, fire department or related structures. These situations must be dealt with on an individual basis.
