On Saturday, the British Embassy in Ashgabat held a reception on the occasion of the coronation of the King of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Charles III and his wife Queen Camilla.
According to the publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age", the event took place in the capital's hotel "Yyldyz".
Heads and employees of foreign embassies and representative offices of international organizations accredited in Ashgabat, eco-activists, journalists, British citizens working in Turkmenistan were invited to the reception.
The guests were shown a video about the features of the coronation ceremony in the UK, the symbols of royal power, and there was also a live broadcast from the coronation of Charles III.
We remind that President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov took part in the coronation ceremony of the King of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Charles III and his wife Queen Camilla.
