“Turkmenpost” celebrates 30 years since its foundation

The postal service company “Turkmenpost” celebrates its 30th anniversary this month. Starting its activities in April 1993, the company has achieved significant achievements during this period in realizing its main goal - meeting the needs of the population in modern communication services.

In January 1993, “Turkmenpost” became a member of the world postal union and received the status of a postal operator of states, which made it possible to speed up the process of sending and delivering mail.

During the years of independence, the company has issued hundreds of postage stamps, which contributed to the development of cooperation with the postal organizations of the world.
