Victory Day in Moscow and other cities of Russia in 2023 will be held in a mixed format - face-to-face and online events dedicated to the memory of the Great Patriotic War, including the “Immortal Regiment” campaign, will be held in the regions. This was reported by TASS on Tuesday with reference to the chairman of the central headquarters of the All-Russian public movement “Volunteers of Victory”, State Duma deputy Olga Zanko.
“We are expanding “Immortal Regiment” formats this year, and you can participate both online and offline”, - Zanko said, noting that everyone can choose the format that they like.
The “Immortal Regiment” is a public action held to perpetuate the memory of the participants and victims of the Great Patriotic War.
