The sale of air tickets from Ashgabat (Turkmenistan) to London (Great Britain) has started on the official website of “Turkmen Airlines”.
On the site you can purchase tickets only for flights in the direction of Ashgabat (ASB) — London (STN). The nearest available day of departure is April 5, the ticket costs from 8706 manats. The indicated price is valid at the time of publication of the news. Air tickets can be purchased online using “Altyn asyr” bank cards.
On March 20, the Turkmen carrier resumed regular flights to the UK after a three-year break. Flights on the route from Ashgabat — London (Stansted) — Ashgabat are operated once a week on Wednesdays. Stansted Airport is located in the Uttlesford area in the English county of Essex, 48 km northeast of London.
Let us remind that regular flights between Turkmenistan and the UK were suspended in March 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic. Prior to the pandemic, the airline operated flights from Ashgabat to Birmingham (BHX). Previously, direct flights between Ashgabat and London (Heathrow Airport) were interrupted in February 2019.
