All open areas of the singer's body were completely strewn with scarlet Swarovski crystals in the amount of 30 thousand pieces. The look complemented the attire to match the crystals - a scarlet top, skirt, boots and a silk scarf.
An unusual image was created by makeup artist Pat McGrath. The process of gluing the crystals took almost five hours, and the result caused a real sensation, although not everyone was delighted with it, calling the resulting image frightening.
