The sale of tickets for the regular flight Istanbul-Turkmenbashi-Istanbul has opened, reports Atavatan Türkmenistan.
Flights will begin on November 2 and will operate twice a week on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Air tickets for Turkish Airlines flights in Turkmenistan are sold at the address: Ashgabat, street 1972 (Ataturk), 82, BC “Berkarar”, 1st floor, block A7-A8.
Turkish Airlines will become the third foreign airline to resume flights to Turkmenistan. On October 17, the Russian carrier S7 Airlines resumed regular flights on the Moscow-Turkmenbashi-Moscow route, and on October 25, the Belarusian airline “Belavia” starts operating regular passenger flights on the Minsk-Turkmenbashi-Minsk route.
Citizens of Turkmenistan need a visa to visit Türkiye. The cost of a single entry starts at 60 USD, and a double entry starts at 120 USD.
Let us remind that from October 5, 2022, “Turkmenistan” Airlines resumed direct flights on the Ashgabat-Istanbul-Turkmenbashi route. Planes fly four times a week: on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
