Six days before the start of the World Cup, Rome's “Olimpico” stadium will host the “Peace Match” in memory of the legendary Argentine Diego Maradona, reports “RIA Sport”.

Stars of world football of past and present years will participate in the friendly match. As noted on the website of the We Play For Peace platform, forward of the Argentina national team and the French “PSG” Lionel Messi, Brazilian Ronaldinho, Italian Gianluigi Buffon, Portuguese coach Jose Mourinho and others have already confirmed their participation.

The meeting will be held on November 14. The “Peace Match” is organized by the Pope Francis Foundation.
