The World Ice Hockey Championship match in the third division of group “A”, in which the Turkmen national team met with the Taiwan national team has ended. The match was held on the ice arena of the city of Kokelshöle in Luxembourg and ended with the victory of the Turkmenistan national team with a score of 4:2 (0:2, 3:0, 1:0).
Begench Dovletmyradov, Arslan Amanov, Pavel Barkovsky and Alexander Vahovksy scored goals as part of the Turkmen national team. From the Taiwanese scored Xiao Po-Yuan and Liu Ping-Yong.
The Turkmenistan team moved up to the third position in the group with four points in the asset. The Taiwanese team, who suffered the third defeat in a row, comes last.
The alignment in the group at the moment is as follows: UAE – 9 points, Turkey – 6 points, Turkmenistan – 4 points, Luxembourg – 2 points, Taiwan – 0 points.
The match between the national teams of the United Arab Emirates and Luxembourg will be held at 23:00 Ashgabat time today.
