Cases of rude violation of traffic rules by drivers were defected on April 2, 2022 on the street of G. Kuliyev, Andalib and Gurbansoltan eje in Ashgabat. Prosecutor General Batyr Atdayev announced in a TV report on the expanded meeting of the State Security Council of Turkmenistan today.
According to him, the corresponding check, in particular, established 32 cases of rude violation of the speed limit in sections with a permitted speed of 60 kilometers per hour.
Some of violators were shown on state television. At present time they are being held accountable.
President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sharply criticized the work of the Road Supervision Service of the Police of the Ministry of Internal affairs, noting that all this demonstrates the improper organization of work, and also the lack of effective measures on the aspect of the Service to clarify traffic rules and establish regular control over safety.
