British dietician David Stash shared simple ways of quickly sugar rejection. At first, he recommends to throw away all sweets, and study carefully the label with the composition when buying products, as we often consume sugar without even knowing it.

Specialist noted, that when organism feels thirsty, many perceive this as a desire to eat “something tasty” and just eat this state. In such cases, David Stash advises drink water, and also look for products, that can replace the sweets. At the same time, in such products it is desirable to have less carbohydrates and more protein.

The dietician also recommends physical activity, as one of the methods for weaning the organism from sweets. So, in expert opinion, quick walking or a short jog will help overcome sugar cravings.

David Stash noted, that the rejection of sweets in favor of more healthy products, taste preferences will change, and soon sweets will not seem so tasty, reports mir24.
