Today, the President of Turkmenistan strongly criticized the work of the Fuel and Energy Complex at the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, which reviewed the results of the two-month work of the industries this year.
According to the Information Program "Watan" of the Turkmen Television, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov focused the attention of Deputy Prime Minister Shahym Abdrakhmanov, who is in charge of the Fuel and Energy Complex, on the fact that, despite the required support provided by the state to the Oil and Gas Complex, its operation shows few positive dynamics.
“The State Concerns Turkmengas and Turkmenneft, as well as the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries, cannot consistently fulfill planned targets in terms of certain indicators,” Berdimuhamedov stated.
The Head of Turkmenistan instructed the Deputy Prime Minister to carefully analyze the current situation and submit proposals for improving the operation of the industries under supervision.
