Iranian television showed a film dedicated to the ECO summit in Ashgabat

A new documentary film "A Travel to a kindred country" dedicated to the 15th ECO Summit in Ashgabat was shown for the first time on the Iranian national TV channel “IRIB TV3”. This was reported by the "Turkmenistan: Golden Age" edition.

The film also tells about the participation in the summit of an Iranian delegation led by President Ibrahim Raisi.

According to the source, a group of representatives of Mass Media of Islamic Republic of Iran arrived in the capital of Turkmenistan to cover the ECO summit, including the young famous Iranian documentary filmmaker Mohsen Eslamzadeh, who became the author and chief operator of the film "Travel to a kindred country".

Briefly lighting the modern history of relations between Iran and Turkmenistan, the film also tells about the Turkmen hospitality.

An exclusive interview for the film was given by Iranian Ambassador in Turkmenistan Golam Abbas Arbab Khales, Cultural Counselor and Head of the Cultural Center at the Iranian Embassy in Ashgabat Navid Rasuli, Head of the Ashgabat branch of the Iranian bank "Bank Saderat Iran" Soroush Hasani, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran for Economic Diplomacy Mehdi Safari, and also, local Turkmen teachers of the Persian language and students of the Cultural Center at the Iranian Embassy in Ashgabat.

The people of Turkmenistan and Iran have a lot in common in history, traditions and culture, which makes the relations of the two fraternal people closer - this is the idea the author holds in his film.
