President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov sent sincerely congratulations and best wishes to his Kazakh counterpart Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev and the first President of Kazakhstan, Elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev, on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper reported today.
“We rejoice at the frontiers achieved by our close neighbor and declare our readiness to systematically modernize our bilateral relations of a strategic nature,” the message of Berdimuhamedov says.
The leader of the nation expressed his firm belief that fraternal and constructive relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Kazakhstan, based on the principles of friendship and mutual respect, will continue to consistently develop in the name of the bright future of our peoples.
