With the support of UNDP, within the framework of the Russian Experts for International Development program, expert Anatoly Lavrov, assists the Ministry of Healthcare of Turkmenistan in creating an electronic register of people vaccinated against COVID-19.

"In this project, consultations are provided on the development of an electronic registry using current international experience in the development of similar systems, taking into account the principles of building e-government projects, as well as recommendations for the elements of the digital transformation strategy of the Ministry of Health, necessary for the subsequent integration of the registry into a single information space" - told Anatoly Lavrov.

The database of Russian experts for international development was created within the framework of the project “Knowledge Management and Capacity Development in the Framework of Partnership between Russia and the United Nations Development Program” of the Russia-UNDP Trust Fund for Development with the help of the federal budget of Russia. The project is being implemented in partnership with the Russian Ministry of Finance, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Russian Ministry of Economic Development.

Recall that in the summer of 2021, the press center of the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan, reporting on the vaccination procedure in the country, noted that the country has created the necessary stock of preventive vaccines against COVID-19 and continues to work on covering the population with preventive vaccinations against this infection.
