In this regard, the opening of the official Internet website of the Service for State Registration of Rights to Real Estate and Transactions Related to it under the Ministry of Justice (Adalat) of Turkmenistan and the creation of an opportunity to submit applications in an online format via the Internet to receive several legal services provided by the Service is significant news.
Taking advantage of this digital opportunity created on the Internet website of the Service for State Registration of Rights to Real Estate and Transactions Related to it under the Ministry of Justice (Adalat) of Turkmenistan, persons can apply online to local Service bodies located in the city of Ashgabat and regions for state registration of rights to their own Real Estate. And they can also submit online applications for copies and in the form of a certificate of information related to state registration from the state register of rights to Real Estate.
In addition, the Service has formed an information and telecommunications network between the Service and local Service bodies and other state government bodies. With the creation of a digital network connection between the state administration bodies of Turkmenistan and the Service, work has been successfully established to obtain, upon request, in electronic format, the information necessary for the state registration of rights to Real Estate and legal obligations.
As part of the work being carried out, an intelligent turnstile queue system with an electronic ticket was put into operation in order to provide convenience for persons arriving to the Department of the Service for the city of Ashgabat and at the local bodies of the Service for the state registration of property rights to real estate.
