The online exhibition “Namaskar Eurasia Expo”, organized by the Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Investment of India and the Ministry of Commerce of India in conjunction with Indian embassies in the participating countries, started on February 24. Central Asian states, including Turkmenistan, take part in the exhibition.
The opening ceremony was attended by the heads of the chambers of commerce and industry of India, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, ambassadors of Uzbekistan and India, as well as a representative of the Kazakh company “KAZAKH INVEST”. Serdar Saparov, Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan, delivered a welcoming speech on behalf of Turkmenistan.
“Namaskar Eurasia Expo” virtual exhibition is dedicated to the following sectors of the economy:
- agriculture and food industry;
- automotive industry;
- construction and building materials;
- defense production;
- mining industry and minerals;
- railways;
- textile industry;
- education;
- healthcare and pharmaceuticals;
- hydropower;
- information communication and technology.
The exhibition also includes business forums, B2B meetings, talks between government officials, heads of various organizations and enterprises, heads of ministries, as well as the exchange of technical know-how.
The exhibition will close on February 26.
