At the Ashgabat International Airport, as at all airports in Turkmenistan, there is a service for sending parcels weighing up to 5 kg within the country, as well as business letters.
Parcels are sent in special packages that differ in size.
So, for example, packages and envelopes of the following sizes are available for shipment:
• 11.5 x 23;
• 17.5 x 25;
• 26 x 34;
• 37 x 49.5;
• 27 x 35 x 6;
• 38 x 51.5 x 6.
The cost of sending is calculated depending on the weight of the parcel: from 40 to 70 manats.
The dispatch service also provides the following services:
• Cargo preparation;
• Parcel notification;
• Drawing up and sending an air cover letter.
