During 2021, the Russian company “KAMAZ” plans to supply 463 units of vehicles to Turkmenistan. The regional representative of the company Marat Garifullin told Trend.
In total, within the framework of the agreement signed in 2019 between “KAMAZ” PTC and the “Turkmenavtoulaglary” Agency of the Ministry of Industry and Communications of Turkmenistan, the supply of 1,982 units of “KAMAZ” vehicles for various purposes is envisaged from 2019 to 2021.
“As part of the execution of the Agreement signed in 2019 between “KAMAZ” PTC and the “Turkmenavtoulaglary” Agency of the Ministry of Industry and Communications of Turkmenistan, 690 units of “KAMAZ” vehicles for various purposes were delivered to the country in 2020, which corresponds to the planned delivery volume”, Garifullin said.

In Ashgabat, there is a trade and training and service center “KAMAZ”, where full maintenance of vehicles is carried out. Also, Turkmen specialists are trained here, studying the features of the device, operation, diagnostics and maintenance of new equipment. It is planned that “KAMAZ” service centers will be built in the cities of Balkanabat, Dashoguz, Turkmenabat and Mary.
