President Gurbanguly Berdimuhammedov appointed Gazakbaev Merdan Amanjanovich to the position of editor-in-chief of the newspaper “Watan” (“Motherland”), as informs “Neutral Turkmenistan” newspaper today.
Until this appointment Merdan Gazakbaev combined responsibilities of editor-in-chief of “Galkynysh” newspaper and “Vozrojdenie” magazine, which according to the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, attached to the editorial office of the “Watan” newspaper.
