Today, when the harvest Festival is widely celebrated in Turkmenistan, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held a video conference where some results of the work carried out in the agricultural complex were summed up.
According to the state news Agency of Turkmenistan, the hyakims of the Akhal, Balkan, Lebap, Mary and Dashoguz velayats reported to the head of state on the successful fulfillment of contractual obligations for the production of raw cotton by farmers.
On behalf of the village workers, the regional leaders cordially congratulated the leader of the nation on the great labor victory of daikhan.
This year, which is held under the motto "Turkmenistan is the birthplace of Neutrality", the courageous daikhans, responding to the great concern for them, handed over more than 1 million 250 thousand tons of "white gold" to the Harman of the Motherland. The leader of the nation noted that there is a deep sense in the fact that the harvest Festival in our country is celebrated at the state level.
"This holiday is a celebration of the selfless work of the daikhan, an expression of pride for its results, for the generous harvests grown in the fertile Turkmen field," Berdimuhamedov said.
The leader of the nation also noted that today the Fatherland grows rich harvests of ak bugday, cotton, vegetables, fruits and vegetables. Multiply the good of the people and spread “sachak” each family.
