A section of the old airport has been allocated for the construction of a passenger bus station. The construction is carried out by the "Muhammet-Balkan" economic society, the "Turkmen gundogary" newspaper reports.
The former airport building has already been demolished. Currently, earthworks are underway.
According to experts, the Foundation is very strong and stable in all natural conditions. Many specialists work in the construction industry, as the construction company has created jobs for many local craftsmen.
The bus station will serve 700 passengers simultaneously. With the arrival of the Ashgabat-Turkmenabat Expressway to the administrative center in the coming years, this object will be of great importance.
