A large-scale engineering and technical structure in the form of a giant Yurt is being built by the workers and specialists of IE Rovshen in accordance with modern requirements of urban planning and taking into account the peculiarities of national architecture.
The total area of the unique complex structure is more than ten and a half hectares. Concrete works are being carried out in all the main blocks of the "Türkmeniń ak öýi" building, which is being built in the form of a huge Yurt. Metal structures of various profiles, walls and floors are being installed. It will house a large concert hall with a rotating stage for cultural events and large-scale forums. The latest acoustic systems and other necessary equipment will be installed here. The project also provides a spacious hall, a hall for Sadaka, apartments for VIPs, office space, and recreation areas.
The design of the exterior facade and interior of the majestic structure will be distinguished by an original, pronounced national flavor. The project also provides for equipping the building with the latest communications and life support systems. On the adjacent territory will be laid supply roads, equipped with a platform for cultural events, two Parking lots, flowerbeds, planted trees of coniferous and ornamental species.
In Dashoguz, this object will become part of the architectural ensemble created in recent years along Ruhnama street. It includes a comfortable hotel "Dashoguz", the Palace "Bagt Koshgi", a sports complex with a stadium for 10 thousand seats, a racetrack and others.
Similar yurts are also being built in the cities of Balkanabat and Turkmenabat. Contractors must hand over the facilities with full readiness for operation in June 2021.
