President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov warmly congratulated Deputy Prime Minister and foreign Minister Rashid Meredov on his 60th birthday and wished him good health, family well-being and great success in his responsible activities, the State news Agency reported.
Rashid Meredov has been the Minister of foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan since 2001.
